No 1 by Prudence Paris is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women. No 1 was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Prudence Kilgour. Top notes are Honeysuckle, Grapefruit and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Camelia, Rose, Lily, Cyclamen, Jasmine, Red Apple and Black Currant; base notes are Virginia Cedar, Pepper, Sandalwood and Leather. The second step in the world of perfume is full of echoes of her new found home in France. At her farm in Perigord, she created a garden of her favourite flowers. Roses, Jasmin, Muguet, Narcisse and peonies were amongst them. There is also the orchard – a riot of blossoms in the spring. A 300 year old lime tree blossomed in May, attracting thousands of bees. The top notes of this fragrance are inspired by the Mediterranean fruits, infused with Honeysuckle. Heart notes are inspired by a floral bouquet, including Roses, Camelias, Cyclamen and Jasmin, combined with the fruity flavours of Cassis and apple. The base notes list an movement to the list of the Mediterranean with Boise, Santal, Cedar and Cuir
