By accessing or using LifenPerfume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Description of Service
LifenPerfume is a fragrance discovery platform that provides search, exploration, AI-powered recommendations, and community tools related to perfumes and fragrances. The Service is provided for informational and personal use only.
3. AI Recommendations
Our AI Advisor provides fragrance suggestions based on your input. These recommendations are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual preferences. LifenPerfume is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. Always refer to official brand and retailer information before purchasing.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
5. User Content
Collections and lists you save are associated with your account. You retain ownership of content you create. We may remove content that violates these terms. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted along with associated data, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Fragrance Data
Fragrance data on this platform is sourced from publicly available datasets and used for informational purposes. Brand names, fragrance names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. LifenPerfume is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any fragrance brand listed on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The LifenPerfume name, logo, design, and original content are the property of LifenPerfume. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, LifenPerfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
