Caldera by Barum Parfum is a fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Caldera was launched in 2024. Caldera was created by Grazia Consiglio and Michele Carnevale. Top notes are Caramel, Vanilla, Melon and Sweet Orange; middle notes are Violet and Rose; base notes are Caramel, Birch and Vanilla. This creation represents the latest chapter in a long tradition of elegance and refinement, linked to the Sicilian land, its centuries-old traditions and timeless royalty. The name ‘Caldera’ was not chosen at random. It draws inspiration from one of nature's most fascinating and mysterious spectacles: the calderas of Mount Etna. The fragrance opens with an explosion of sweet notes that envelop the senses: juicy melon, sweet orange and caramel intertwine with vanilla to create an enveloping and irresistible beginning. The heart of Caldera reveals a sophisticated floral bouquet, in which delicate notes of violet and rose blend harmoniously. And finally, the base notes not only complement but enhance the essence of Caldera by offering a warm and persistent base of vanilla, birch wood and caramel, giving the composition unparalleled depth and character.
