Top notes are Bitter Orange, Ozonic notes, Marine notes, Green Notes, Bergamot, Melon, Mint and Yuzu; middle notes are Violet Leaf, Orange Peel, Petitgrain, Sage, Moss and Woody Notes; base notes are Laotian Oud, Tonka Bean, Cashmeran, Vanilla, Leather, Vetiver, Amber, Musk, Woody Notes and Smoke. Oud Marée by Perfumes of the Count is a unisex fragrance that contrasts resinous oud with marine and citrus freshness. The composition opens with icy mint, bergamot, bitter orange, yuzu, green nuances, and ozonic–marine facets, creating a brisk and airy impression with a hint of melon peel. The heart develops around damp and dry woody notes, violet leaf, earthy moss, orange peel, sage, and petitgrain, evoking a coastal landscape where woods and vegetation meet sea air. In the base, Laotian oud is combined with cashmeran, amber, white musks, smoked woods, vetiver, leather, vanilla, and tonka bean, adding depth and a soft gourmand undertone. The overall effect is an oriental woody scent with marine and aromatic accents, balancing freshness and density in a modern interpretation of oud.
