Top notes are Lily of the Valley, Clary Sage, Bergamot, Fig and Jasmine; middle notes are Violet, Aquatic notes, Rose, Lavender, Labdanum and Oakmoss; base notes are Ambergris, Hyacinth, Musk, Sandalwood and Patchouli. Virupaksha Raja by SIAM 1928 references the guardian of the West in Buddhist cosmology. The composition opens with bergamot and clary sage alongside fig, jasmine, and muguet. A heart of lavender, violet, oakmoss, rose, and an aquatic nuance is anchored by labdanum, while the base blends grey ambergris tincture, musk, hyacinth, patchouli, and sandalwood. The result reads as a floral chypre with green-aromatic and gently aquatic facets over a mossy-resinous and woody foundation.
