Top notes are Chinotto, Chinotto and Juniper; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Chinotto blossom, Tuberose, Wormwood, Jasmine, Incense, Amber and Honey; base notes are Patchouli and Incense. There is a moon that never fully reveals itself. It shines with a clear, intense light, yet a veil of shadow drifts around it, softening its contours. It is the first chapter of The Sides of the Moon collection: an olfactory dance between two opposing yet complementary souls. Abaton’s Chinotto Dark, with its enveloping balsamic depth, encounters Fior di Chinotto, bright and creamy. It is a dialogue of contrasts—shadow defining light, light sculpting shadow.The opening is vibrant, almost electric: the leaves and peel of green chinotto release a sparkling citrus energy, while juniper adds a balsamic, crystalline breath.
